* Client Servicing: Managing a portfolio of healthcare and national clients, working as part of a team to meet client needs and deliver exceptional service.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Managing client renewals from start to finish, assisting with mid-term alterations and dealing with general day-to-day client queries.
2. Reviewing policy wording to ensure compliance and adherence to broking best-practice.
3. Providing support to the designated claims team in handling insurance claims.
4. Assisting colleagues across general lines products and expanding knowledge and capabilities.

Requirements:
* CIP qualification (minimum) or progress towards ACII desirable.
* Meet Central Bank Fitness & Probity standards.
* Provide evidence of ongoing CPD hours.
* Ability to communicate effectively with clients, insurers, and colleagues.
