Cpl Recruitment are currently looking for a Permanent HR Generalist to join an organisation in Longford. Responsibilities: Responsible for the administration of all Human Resources policies and procedures. Support with employee performance, reward and recognition, diversity in the workplace and all compliance issues. Build relationships with managers Assists with the preparation of reports and the analysis of statistical data for metrics and regulatory purposes. Coordinate the development of the training programs Maintain and update all hourly employee files addresses changes, job changes, pay increases, disciplinary etc. Assists all with communication notices or attendance issues. Ensure communication notices are issued per policy. Requirements: Bachelors degree preferred. 2+ years Human Resources Proficient in Microsoft Office.
