Finance Operations Technology Specialist
We are seeking a Finance Operations Technology Specialist to support our finance transformation initiatives and ongoing system optimisation across a global reinsurance environment.
Key Responsibilities:
* The successful candidate will serve as the key liaison between Finance, Technology, and external stakeholders for finance-related initiatives.
* They will analyse, document, and translate business requirements into detailed functional and technical specifications.
* This includes supporting and enhancing finance modules (GL, AP, AR, Asset Management, Billing, Treasury, etc.).
* Additionally, they will lead and coordinate system upgrades, enhancements, testing cycles, and UAT.
* The ideal candidate will troubleshoot and resolve finance system issues, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and data integrity.
* They will partner with global finance teams to streamline processes and implement best practices.
* Furthermore, they will produce reporting insights, financial analyses, and project documentation.
* The successful candidate will contribute to finance transformation and systems projects across the reinsurance business.
