Join Our Team as a Customer Service Advisor!
AXA Assistance is seeking dedicated part time Customer Service Advisors to provide advice to customers and partners in the provision of emergency vehicle/home assistance services, supporting customers across Ireland, the UK, and beyond.
At AXA Assistance, we’re committed to being there for our customers whenever they need us—every day of the week. We need dedicated, flexible team members to join our Customer Centre in Athlone where we offer:
* A predictable, set roster so you’ll always know your schedule in advance.
* 33.50 hours per week, operating between 8:45pm and 7:00am, with shifts spread across the week and weekend.
* After completing your training and gaining confidence in your role, there’s an opportunity to work in a hybrid model, combining office and remote work.
* Approximate start date 21st October.
* Candidates must be available to attend training on-site in Athlone, 9am to 5pm, Monday to Friday for approximately 4 weeks.
What You’ll Be Doing
* Deliver compassionate and professional assistance to customers experiencing vehicle breakdowns, home emergencies, and other urgent situations.
* Coordinate with our trusted network of suppliers and contractors across Ireland, the UK, and internationally to ensure swift and effective service.
* Communicate clearly and empathetically with customers and partners, guiding them through challenging situations with confidence.
* Manage operations efficiently, ensuring compliance with safety standards and regulations.
* Keep detailed records and follow up to guarantee customer satisfaction and continuous service improvement.
