Key Responsibilities:

1. Identify and map potential schools across designated regions.

2. Research and profile key decision-makers (Principals, Secretaries, Board Members).

3. Design and implement targeted email campaigns.

4. Conduct follow-up communications to arrange meetings with key stakeholders.

5. Proactively generate leads through calls, referrals, and networking.
">
6. Schedule and conduct in-person or virtual meetings with school representatives.
">
7. Delve presentations and food tastings to promote our offerings.
">
8. Understand the specific needs of each school and tailor proposals accordingly.
">
9. Prepare proposals, negotiate pricing and contract terms.
">
10. Finalise agreements and ensure a smooth onboarding process for new clients.
">
11. Maintain accurate records in CRM and provide weekly activity reports.
">
12. Provide exceptional after-sales support and customer care.
">
13. Maintain long-term relationships with school clients for contract renewals and upselling opportunities.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

* Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales KPIs.

* At least 2 years of experience in B2B sales or education/foodservice sales.

* Strong communication and interpersonal skills able to build rapport quickly.

* IT proficient with MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and CRM tools.

* Highly organised with excellent time management.
">
* Confident public speaker and presenter.
">
* Full, clean driving licence and willingness to travel regionally.

* Experience working with schools or educational institutions.

* Possion for health, nutrition, or foodservice.

* Familiarity with GDPR and best practices in email marketing.
