Job Title: Communication Specialist
We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Communication Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our multidisciplinary team, you will work with individuals who require communication support, developing personalized plans to enhance their quality of life.
About the Role:
* To conduct comprehensive assessments using validated tools and data sources to identify individual needs and goals.
* To design and deliver person-centered Speech & Language Therapy interventions that maximize participation, independence, and quality of life for service users.
* To provide ongoing coaching to staff on therapeutic approaches to embed in daily routines.
Requirements:
* A relevant professional qualification in Speech & Language Therapy recognized by the relevant registration board is essential.
* No less than three years' satisfactory experience working with people with complex communication support needs or disabilities is required;
