Sales Insurance Advisor - Tralee Kerry

The primary function of this role is to achieve sales within the personal lines and commercial side of the business, while assisting the sales office in delivering exceptional customer service.
This position is based in Tralee, Kerry, and an immediate start date is desired.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Achieve sales targets by prospecting and upselling our range of products, setting up new client accounts, and identifying opportunities for growth.
2. Respond to customer inquiries and refer unresolved or technical queries to the relevant department.
3. Maintain industry qualifications and complete continuing professional development hours as required.
4. Be flexible and participate in various office tasks.
5. Renewal follow-ups and revisions, identifying sales opportunities, cover/rate improvements, as necessary.
Eligibility Criteria:
1. APA or CIP qualified.
2. CPD in line with Minimum Competency requirements.
3. Sales and customer service experience are essential.
4. Previous insurance/financial services experience is preferred.
5. Passion and drive to work within the insurance industry are required.
