Your Key Responsibilities:
· Be the first point of contact: Greet customers warmly, answer calls, and manage inquiries.
· Diagnose customer needs: Listen attentively to vehicle issues and translate them into clear work orders for our technicians.
· Schedule appointments efficiently and manage the service bay diary.
· Provide clear estimates, explain recommended services, and build customer trust.
· Update customers on repair status and ensure excellent follow-through.
· Handle invoices, payments, and basic administrative tasks.
