NeoDyne is seeking an experienced DeltaV Engineers to support one of our key client sites on a contract basis.
The successful candidate will work closely with the NeoDyne team and play a critical role in delivering automation expertise across the Cork based site.
As a DeltaV Engineer, you will be involved across the full project lifecycle, contributing to the design, development, testing, and deployment of DeltaV systems supporting manufacturing operations.
Key Responsibilities
Design and development of DeltaV control modules (CM), equipment modules (EM), and procedural phases
Configuration and coding within the DeltaV system
Participation in system testing activities (FAT, SAT, IQ/OQ support)
Support commissioning and start-up activities on site
Provide post-implementation and operational support to manufacturing teams
Required Experience & Skills
Proven experience working with Emerson DeltaV systems
Strong background in GMP / pharmaceutical or biotech environments
Experience across some or all of the following: design, coding, testing, commissioning, and support
Familiarity with batch/process control systems and ISA-88 principles is desirable
Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work in a fast-paced project environment
