Clinical Practice Facilitator Opportunity
The role of a Clinical Practice Facilitator is to provide clinical practice support, direction, and guidance for nursing teams in general medical surgical wards. This involves promoting nursing practice development initiatives and facilitating the implementation of evidence-based practice in collaboration with all grades of nursing staff.

Key qualifications include:
* Registered General Nurse with current registration
* 5 years post-registration experience in an acute hospital setting or relevant clinical area
* Demonstrated management experience and leadership skills
* Continuous professional development and a commitment to staying up-to-date with best practices
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
