Brio Brunch is a vibrant, high-energy brunch café known for fresh plates, craft coffee, great vibes & a creative food culture. We are expanding our team and seeking a talented, motivated Head Chef to lead our kitchen and shape the next phase of Brio.
What You'll Do
* Lead day-to-day kitchen operations
* Maintain exceptional food quality, consistency & presentation
* Plan and refine menus & specials
* Manage ordering, stock control & suppliers
* Ensure HACCP compliance & kitchen hygiene standards
* Train, mentor & support kitchen team
* Drive efficiency, organisation & a positive kitchen culture
What We're Looking For
* Experience in a fast-paced kitchen, ideally brunch/café style
* Leadership skills & the ability to inspire a team
* Strong organisational & communication skills
* Creativity with menus, plating & flavour
* Reliability, professionalism & passion for hospitality
* HACCP knowledge essential
