An exciting opportunity has arisen to join our Sales Team at EHL ExperiencesThe Sales & Reservations Manager will play a pivotal role in driving revenue, managing demand, and maximising covers across two of Dublin's busiest and most prestigious restaurants - FIRE Steakhouse & Bar and SOLE Seafood & Grill.This is a hands-on management role combining strategic sales activity with day-to-day reservations management, team development, and relationship building across the luxury, corporate, and private dining markets.Key ResponsibilitiesDrive proactive sales to grow new and existing business across both restaurants, achieving weekly and monthly revenue and cover targetsAnalyse sales performance, market trends, and competitor activity, producing regular performance reports and insightsDevelop and manage relationships with luxury travel agents, DMCs, corporate clients, and key partnersActively generate and manage group and private dining business, representing the restaurants at industry and networking eventsManage the full group sales cycle, including enquiries, quoting, follow-up, site visits, confirmations, invoicing, and payments, ensuring profitabilityCollaborate with Operations and Culinary teams to deliver tailored group and event experiencesOversee reservations strategy and systems, including availability, pacing, booking controls, and OpenTable configuration to maximise revenue and guest experienceLead, train, and develop the Sales & Reservations team, including rostering, performance management, and coachingWork closely with Sales, Marketing, Operations, and Culinary teams to align strategy and ensure seamless delivery of serviceThe Ideal CandidateMinimum 2+ years in a Sales & Reservations role within a high-volume, premium hospitality environment is essentialPrior experience managing a team of 5+ and/or strong leadership skills is essentialStrong understanding of group sales, private dining, and corporate business in the Dublin marketExperience using OpenTable or similar reservations platformsExcellent organisational, analytical, and forecasting skillsStrong leadership and people management capabilitiesConfident communicator with the ability to build long-term client relationshipsCommercially driven with a hands-on, solutions-focused approachA fiercely proactive and can-do attitudeBenefits:Day off for your birthday after one year of serviceRefer-a-friend bonusEmployee discounts across all EHL Experiences brandsBike to Work Scheme & Commuter TaxSaver Annual TicketsProfessional training and education supportRegular employee eventsChristmas Saving ClubEmployee of the Month AwardsPaid Maternity and Paternity Leave after two years of serviceOne-to-one information on Tax and Payroll on requestDeath in Service BenefitJob Types: Full-time, PermanentBenefits:Bike to work schemeCompany eventsCompany pensionEmployee assistance programEmployee discountSick payWork Location: In person
