Responsibilities
Supervising the front of shop in the Pharmacy including all premium skincare ranges, fragrances, and OTC
Oversight and responsibility for the branch retail turnover, stock management and profitability to achieve the Group's overall targets
High levels of Sales, Service & Standards for customers and branch
Sales and promotions
A strong knowledge of pharmacy products and services
Cash management duties
Adhering to company standards and procedures
Merchandising and Marketing
Responsible for the overall ordering, merchandising and selling of stock
Support colleagues working elsewhere in the branch as needed
Drive community initiatives
Skills and Experience
Two years' retail experience required
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Conducting and leading excellent sales skills and customer service required
Target-driven and sales-focused
Friendly and approachable with a positive attitude
Helpful and courteous manner and Customer focused
Fluency in English
Strong organisational and time management skills
Work on own initiative and make decisions
Pro-active and energetic demonstrated by prior engagement in community initiatives
Professional and discreet, empathy and understanding of our customers and each other
Ability to adhere to and drive exceptional store presentation standards
