About the Role
The nature of this role means no two projects will be the same. You will need to think on your feet, challenge existing practices, and develop solutions for complex problems. You will also collaborate with colleagues across multiple service lines, building relationships and identifying opportunities for clients to benefit from our expertise.
Responsibilities
* Leading diverse teams with varying skillsets and data analytics technologies.
* Adapting your leadership style to fit team, client, and cultural needs, anticipating and identifying risks, and escalating issues as appropriate.
* Creating a positive learning culture, coaching, and counseling junior team members, and helping them develop.
* Working in multi-disciplinary teams to help clients transform and improve their businesses using our analytics.
* Drawing on your knowledge and experience to create innovative insights that add value to clients and society.
* Driving projects to completion, ensuring high-quality work, and championing operational efficiency improvements.
* Building our brand, attending relevant events, collaborating with internal teams, and producing thought leadership.
* Establishing, maintaining, and strengthening internal and external relationships to identify potential business opportunities.
Requirements
* A completed degree (bachelor's, master's, or PhD) and proven experience as a Data Analytics professional.
* Demonstrated ability to supervise and develop others, communicate effectively, manage client expectations, and deliver quality projects.
* Ability to communicate technical information to non-technical colleagues and clients.
* Ambition to continuously develop skills and abilities, with an analytical mindset and the ability to assimilate and apply new techniques and knowledge.
* Working knowledge of key analytics tools, such as PowerBI, Tableau, Qlik, SQL, Python, R, Azure, AWS, and GCP.
* Experience in aspects of the data analytics lifecycle, including data strategy, manipulation, analysis, and visualization.
* A passion for contributing to team growth, bringing energy, enthusiasm, and the courage to lead and develop others.
