Key Responsibilities * Carry out all aspects of M&E/Fabric maintenance, including lighting, emergency lighting tests, control panels, changing ballast, BMS System monitoring (hot & cold), and plumbing tasks such as unblocking toilets. * Maintain and update log books detailing tasks completed and any issues encountered. * Be proactive in identifying faults with building services equipment and take steps to resolve them promptly.
