Role of the Behavioural Specialist
* Undertake Functional Assessments to develop Multi Element Behaviour Support Plans (MEBSP).
* Promote Positive Behaviour Support across the organisation through quality checking and improvement planning of Personal Plans.
Key Responsibilities:
* Live our Mission, Vision and Values.
* Ensure each Patient has a MEBSP that is monitored and evaluated.
* Conduct Functional Assessments and devise MEBSPs in collaboration with others.
This role requires a highly motivated and creative individual with a passion for engaging with patients daily. The successful candidate will be afforded all necessary training and development in line with the role.
