Responsibilities:
* Assist the store manager in overseeing daily operations
* Mentor and supervise store employees
* Take full responsibility for store operations in the absence of the Store Manager
* Participate in merchandising, customer service, and HR activities
* Report on daily operations and contribute to recruitment and sales strategies
* Maintain inventory levels and ensure health and safety compliance
* Ensure the store remains attractive and address customer issues promptly
* Support clients and troubleshoot as needed
* Contribute to achieving store sales targets
* Perform additional tasks as directed by management
