We are seeking a Newly Qualified Solicitor to join our Property Team in Dublin. The ideal candidate will have gained experience in property law during their training and possess strong organizational, prioritisation and multitasking skills.
Key Responsibilities:
* Manage Commercial and Private Client Conveyancing files.
* Freehold and leasehold sales and purchases.
* Title checks, raising queries, drafting contracts.
* Perform against KPIs and billing targets.
The successful candidate will be responsible for providing high-quality legal services to clients while managing a busy caseload effectively.
