Head of Operations
About the Role:
The Head of Operations is a senior leadership position overseeing a 24/7 manual production environment. This individual will lead a team, focusing on performance, development, and continuous improvement to ensure consistent delivery of high-quality products.
Main Responsibilities:
* Ensure full Health and Safety compliance while driving continuous improvement.
* Manage operational efficiency, cost-effectiveness, and quality standards.
* Meet production targets, manage KPIs across all departments, and implement SMART targets.
Requirements:
* Self-motivated with proven experience in fresh food manufacturing operations.
* Strong knowledge of production processes, Health & Safety standards, and LEAN methodologies.
* Leadership, organisational, communication, and commercial skills.
* A minimum of 3–4 years in an operations/production management role.
