We are recruiting for an External Cleaning Operative in Vernon Ave, Clontarf, Dublin 3, D03 K5W7The successful candidate will be given full training and support.Monday - Friday @ 1 hour per day.You will have to use a clock in/out app that must be used daily for confirmation of attendance. (Android or iOS)Starting Rate will be €18 per hour (for this specific location)Bonus payments made quarterly. (every 3 months based on the app attendance performance)Flexible start time, however should be the same each day.This is a small footprint however requires precise cleaning and attention to detail.Job Role / Overview:Tasks focus on general cleanliness and maintenance:Sweeping around the entire building perimeter.Removing cigarette butts at smoking areas.Cleaning and replacing area bin bagCleaning the stainless steel fence nearby.Clearing cobwebs.Maintaining the bin room.Cleaning outside and inside of reception windows.Reporting defects within the site.Carry out any / all cleaning duties as requested/by your supervisor/managementEnsure that all tasks are carried out in a professional manner, following all "safe systems of work" & risk assessment directionsWear the correct and appropriate PPE specified at all timesComply with all statutory Health & Safety Rules and RegulationsComply with all health & safety regulations for cleaning materials, equipment, and buildings.Provide high personal standards of work/performance, personal hygiene, and appearance.Wear any items of personal protective equipment, as specified by the cleaning supervisor/managerReport all faults in relation to cleaning machinery/equipment to the supervisor/management teamReport all building defects to the supervisor/management teamCarry out any reasonable request, as specified by the supervisor/management team to attend all company meetings and training as requested.Skills/ Experience:Applicants should be well presented, trustworthy, punctual, and willing to work as part of a team.
