About the Role

We are seeking experienced counsellors to join our Clinical Affiliates Network. This role involves providing face-to-face short-term counselling services to client companies and their employees, managing online referrals, and collaborating with our Case Management team.

Key Responsibilities

* Manage online referrals promptly
">
* Provide short-term counselling (3-8 sessions) to clients
">
* Offer timely written/verbal feedback and case notes
">
* Report risk events to the Case Management Team
">

Qualifications and Requirements
">
To be successful in this role, you should have a diploma-level qualification in counselling, registered membership of a professional counselling body, and extensive post-qualification experience. You should also have access to professional indemnity insurance and be registered with the Information Commissioner's Office as a Data Controller.

Your Skills and Experience
">
You will need to be an accredited practitioner or equivalent, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills. You should also be able to work within a short-term counselling model in an Employee Assistance Programme context.
