Job Overview
The Facilities, Site Services and Packing Manager role is responsible for overseeing the efficient operations, maintenance, and continuous improvement of site infrastructure, services, and packing operations within a pet food manufacturing environment.
This position ensures all systems support continuous production while complying with food safety, quality, and regulatory standards.
Key Responsibilities:
* Implementing corrective/preventative actions for existing equipment and maintenance processes.
* Conducting troubleshooting for complex issues with plant equipment issues and associated systems, identifying and recommending corrective actions.
* Assisting in investigations of utility systems, control system anomalies, and safety incidents.
* Supervising mechanical, electrical, and automation contractors.
* Maintaining company reputation by enforcing compliance with relevant laws, policies, and regulations.
* Managing small-to-mid sized projects related to utilities and HVAC equipment and services.
* Designing and specifying clean utilities, HVAC equipment, piping, ducting, and controls.
