We're on the lookout for a passionate Content Creator to join our growing content team at ZOMA. If you're skilled behind the camera, thrive in fast-paced environments, and want to create work that's visually rich and emotionally engaging then this is the role for you.
What You'll Do at ZOMA:
Working closely with our award-winning creative and content teams, your day-to-day will include:
Filming & Editing
* Plan, Capture and edit bold, high-quality video and photo content for websites, socials, branded campaigns, and documentary-style projects.
* Possess strong understanding of;
* Camera fundamentals such as composition, lens choice, camera operation, exposure, frame rates and codec settings
* Camera movement: Gimbal operation, tripod and handheld
* Lighting ratios that create compelling images suited to the brief of the project
* Audio: use of wireless audio to capture monologues and dialogue
Creative Development
* Contribute to ZOMA's unique storytelling style by working alongside our Creative Director and wider creative team.
* Pitch fresh ideas and help shape visual concepts for brand content.
On-the-Ground Execution
* Lead and support shoots across Ireland and beyond.
* Manage your gear, adapt quickly on set, solve problems in real time, and maintain creative energy throughout.
* Represent ZOMA with professionalism in both pre-production meetings and on-location shoots.
Collaboration & Strategy
* Work closely with internal teams and clients to align on creative direction.
* Ensure final outputs meet brand guidelines, creative briefs, and exceed expectations.
* Collaborate with external production partners as needed to bring big ideas to life.
Who You Are:
* You'll bring a balance of technical expertise, creative instinct, and on-the-ground agility to this role.
* You have a strong portfolio showcasing video content across different styles — from cinematic and documentary formats to fast-cut social videos.
* You're confident with lighting, camera and audio setups, and understand how to craft a complete visual experience.
* You're flexible — comfortable working solo, managing gear, or leading shoots.
* You're client-facing and thrive under pressure while keeping calm and communicative. You're eager to grow with a small but ambitious team where your voice matters.
Minimum Requirements:
* A Level 6 qualification (NFQ) in film, media, content creation, or a related field OR
* 2+ years of hands-on experience in video production, camera operation, and content creation
* A full, clean category B driving licence & vehicle.
* A compelling portfolio of relevant work
