The Pumphouse Bar and restaurant are looking for a Chef De Partie to join our kitchen team.Duties in this role will be to assist the Sous Chef in the preparation and cooking of quality restaurant food.Ideal candite must have 1 to 2 years experience in a similar role.Manage and run your kitchen section independentlyPrepare and present dishes to a high standardCollaborate with the Head Chef for smooth kitchen operationsMaintain food hygiene, safety, and HACCP standardsMentor and support junior chefsContribute to menu development and seasonal specialsAssist with stock management and ordering suppliesRequirementsProven track record as Chef de Partie or higher in a busy kitchenStrong technical skills and ability to work independentlyExperience with seasonal Irish produce and contemporary cuisine preferredExcellent teamwork, communication, and organisational skillsPositive, reliable, and committed to high culinary standardsGood level of English requiredMinimum 2 work referencesPosition to grow within the company quickly, working under head chef.Job Types: Full-time, PermanentPay: From €18.00 per hourLanguage:English (required)Work Location: In person
