At the heart of patient care, we need a dedicated Quality and Risk Manager to lead continuous quality improvement and safety initiatives.
This role involves implementing best practices in quality and risk management, aligned with national healthcare standards, to enhance service delivery and patient care.
Working collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams, the successful candidate will lead quality initiatives, manage risk proactively, and support staff engagement in quality and safety efforts.
A key requirement for this role is a strong background in clinical or healthcare settings with experience in quality and risk management.
The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of at least five years in Quality and/or Risk roles, along with relevant academic awards and professional qualifications.
Desirable requirements include a Master's degree in quality and safety, as well as experience leading or participating in organisation-wide accreditation systems.
A strong working knowledge of quality standards such as CHKS, ISO, HIQA, and quality systems is essential. The ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team is also required.
