Kealy Construction require a Site Engineer for the South Dublin Area.
Key Responsibilities include:
* Oversee the running of site with regards to setting out.
* Review information from drawings, specifications, etc. to foremen, operatives, subcontractors, so that they clearly understand what is required.
* Liaising with a range of professionals i.e. Designers, Engineers, Architects etc
* Review of technical submissions prior to upload to design team to ensure that the correct areas of work are addressed
* Providing clear leadership abilities and direction to the site team
* Overview of concrete testing and results.
* Ensuring all records / management activities adhere to Institutional policies & legal requirement
* Record all daily activities, relevant information and occurrences in your site diary.
* Health & Safety compliance
* ISO Compliance
* Effectively prioritise areas of work and meet strict deadlines
* Develop and maintain professional working relationships with all personnel
* Communicate well at all levels
Your Skills & Experience:
* 3rd Level qualification in an Engineering related field
* Proven experience in setting out or working as a Site Engineer in previous roles
* 5+ years' experience is in Building Industry
* Strong knowledge of BCAR & building regulations
* High level of organisational and time management skills
* Flexibility and capability to adapt to a changing work environment
* Strong PC skills, particularly Autocad, Microsoft Excel, Word, Project & Outlook
