We are hiring an experienced IT Project Manager to support the management of a portfolio of projects, with a particular focus on Cyber Security initiatives. The role will ensure projects are delivered in line with PMO Portfolio, Programme, and Project Management policies and standard operating procedures.
Responsibilities
* Manage IT and Cyber Security projects in accordance with PMO standards.
* Support the overall project portfolio, ensuring alignment with organisational goals.
* Define and deliver project plans, budgets, schedules, deliverables, and milestones.
* Coordinate resources across internal teams and external suppliers.
* Monitor project progress, provide scheduled reports, and maintain RAID logs.
* Identify, escalate, and mitigate project risks and issues.
* Ensure change management and quality assurance standards are met.
* Build strong relationships with stakeholders, sponsors, and suppliers.
* Host and participate in project meetings, stand-ups, and review sessions.
* Provide feedback to support process improvement initiatives.
Requirements
* Relevant degree in IT or Project Management.
* PRINCE2 Certification essential; Agile delivery experience is an advantage.
* Minimum 3 years’ experience in IT Project Management, ideally with exposure to Cyber Security projects.
* Strong commercial awareness with experience managing budgets and schedules.
* Experience leading multiple workstreams and coordinating teams.
* Proficiency with the Microsoft O365 suite, particularly SharePoint Online and Teams.
* Excellent organisational, process-driven, and communication skills.
* Ability to work independently as well as in leadership and team roles.
