We are hiring an experienced IT Project Manager to support the management of a portfolio of projects, with a particular focus on Cyber Security initiatives.
The role will ensure projects are delivered in line with PMO Portfolio, Programme, and Project Management policies and standard operating procedures.
Responsibilities
Manage IT and Cyber Security projects in accordance with PMO standards.
Support the overall project portfolio, ensuring alignment with organisational goals.
Define and deliver project plans, budgets, schedules, deliverables, and milestones.
Coordinate resources across internal teams and external suppliers.
Monitor project progress, provide scheduled reports, and maintain RAID logs.
Identify, escalate, and mitigate project risks and issues.
Ensure change management and quality assurance standards are met.
Build strong relationships with stakeholders, sponsors, and suppliers.
Host and participate in project meetings, stand-ups, and review sessions.
Provide feedback to support process improvement initiatives.
Requirements
Relevant degree in IT or Project Management.
PRINCE2 Certification essential; Agile delivery experience is an advantage.
Minimum 3 years' experience in IT Project Management, ideally with exposure to Cyber Security projects.
Strong commercial awareness with experience managing budgets and schedules.
Experience leading multiple workstreams and coordinating teams.
Proficiency with the Microsoft O365 suite, particularly SharePoint Online and Teams.
Excellent organisational, process-driven, and communication skills.
Ability to work independently as well as in leadership and team roles.
