What We're Looking For
We need an enthusiastic IT professional who is as good with people as they are with PCs.
The Must-Haves:
* Proven Experience: A background in technical customer support (desktop) with a track record of meeting SLAs.
* Tech Stack Savvy: Demonstrable knowledge of Microsoft 365, Azure, Intune, and Active Directory.
* Troubleshooting Pro: Strong skills in Windows OS and hardware repair.
* Communication Skills: The ability to explain complex tech in simple terms, whether face-to-face, over the phone, or via email.
* Flexibility: Ability to travel between Dublin and Galway and participate in an on-call rotation.
The Nice-to-Haves:
* A full Irish or UK driving license.
* In-depth Microsoft 365 expertise or a basic understanding of Apple environments.
