Job Summary:
* Oversight of facilities management involves ensuring the efficient operation and maintenance of buildings, including utilities, building systems, and regulatory compliance.
* Leadership abilities are required to manage teams, vendors, and budgets for ongoing maintenance and capital improvement projects.
* Maintenance & Repairs: schedule routine maintenance/emergency repairs, perform regular inspections, and implement tracking systems for facilities requests/concerns.
Requirements:
* 5+ years' experience in facilities management, 2+ years in a managerial role.
* Strong knowledge of building systems, safety regulations, budget management, cost control, and leadership skills.
* Proficiency in facilities management software/Microsoft Office Suite is essential.
* Team management and vendor management skills are also crucial.
