Job Title: Senior Technical Project Manager
About the Role:
We are seeking an experienced Senior Technical Project Manager to lead our Services Consolidation programme. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in project management, IT and technology infrastructure planning and operations.
Key Responsibilities:
* Manage the Services Consolidation programme with business teams
* Develop and maintain comprehensive project plans, status reports and project documentation
* Proactively manage project risks and develop viable mitigation plans
* Ensure stakeholders are aware of their roles and responsibilities
* Lead effective communications with stakeholders
* Work with service staff to ensure business benefits are achieved from projects
* Manage internal technology delivery teams and external vendors
* Build and maintain strong relationships with key service leads
* Create a collaborative environment with stakeholders
* Provide timely information to management
Requirements:
* A minimum of 5 years' experience working in a similar lead role
* Experience of managing multiple stakeholders and keeping them informed
* Significant experience of implementing and managing change, including ICT enabled change projects
* Knowledge and understanding of Project Management methodologies
* Strong Microsoft Office skills and technical report writing skills
