You will be part of a team that manages the key function for delivering solutions to our customers.
As a member of the team, you will work internally with stakeholders (sales, commercial, legal) to ensure correct and timely delivery, as well as helping to manage customer relationships through addressing and responding to queries.
Key Responsibilities:
License key query management, ensuring response time < 24 hours Daily license key management Pricing simulations and financial analysis Commercial proposal drafting and reviewing Dealing directly with customers and senior management Contractual term analysis in respect of internal and external queries Assisting with scalable commercial process development Integration of newly acquired companies Other ad hoc work as required Required Skills and Qualifications: Commercially astute Strong critical thinking skills Strong analytical skills Self-motivated and goal-oriented individual Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines Intellectually curious Ability to multi-task and adapt Good interpersonal and communication skills
Process-oriented Strong Microsoft Office knowledge, especially Excel and PowerPoint Desirable:
B2B / SaaS Sales experience, Salesforce knowledge Degree: 1.1 or 2.1 in any field 2+ years of experience in a fast-paced environment
