Are you an experienced engineer with a background in fuel storage, petroleum infrastructure, bulk liquids, or industrial asset management
We're recruiting for a Fuel Supply Chain Technical Engineer to take technical ownership of a critical fuel storage and distribution network that supports one of Ireland's largest transport operations This is a unique opportunity to combine engineering expertise, project delivery, contractor management, and regulatory compliance within a safety-critical environment.
What You'll Be Doing
Managing the technical integrity of fuel storage and distribution installations across multiple operational sites
Leading fuel infrastructure refurbishment, maintenance, and improvement projects from specification through to implementation
Managing contractor performance and ensuring compliance with industry standards
Driving health, safety, and environmental excellence across fuel operations
Monitoring maintenance performance, budgets, and asset integrity
Ensuring compliance with fuel storage regulations, licences, and Seveso requirements
Working closely with internal engineering teams, regulators, emergency services, and external stakeholders
What We're Looking For
5+ years' experience in fuel storage, petroleum, biofuels, bulk liquids, chemical processing, or similar industries
Experience managing large-scale engineering projects and contractor-led works
Strong understanding of asset integrity, maintenance, and regulatory compliance
Proven health & safety leadership within high-risk operational environments
Excellent stakeholder management and communication
