Link Personnel are hiring an Associate Corporate Solicitor to join an expanding International Law Firm in Dublin 2. The successful candidate will join a collaborative and progressive team and play a key part in delivering strategic legal advice on a wide range of corporate transactions and advisory work.

Key Responsibilities
You will demonstrate solid understanding and hands-on experience across several of the following areas:
Mergers and acquisitions
Share and asset purchase agreements
Joint ventures and shareholder arrangements
Group restructures
Due diligence and disclosure processes
Corporate governance and Irish company law
The Successful Candidate will:
Work closely with partners and associates in the Dublin office, as well as with colleagues across international teams, on a broad range of corporate matters.
Provide strategic legal support with a focus on clients operating in technology and innovation-led sectors.
Take an active role in business development by identifying potential opportunities and helping to grow the corporate practice.
Build and maintain trusted relationships with clients, delivering high-quality legal advice tailored to their commercial objectives.
Contribute to internal knowledge-sharing initiatives, including delivering training, writing articles, and developing practice-specific know-how.
Participate in cross-border and multi-disciplinary projects in collaboration with colleagues across the firm’s global network.
Candidate Profile
We are seeking a commercially-minded, ambitious solicitor who can bring both technical expertise and a collaborative mindset to the role. Ideal candidates will have:
3–5 years+ post-qualification experience (PQE) in corporate law
Strong experience in Irish M&A transactions, including drafting transaction documents and managing deal processes
Excellent legal analysis, drafting and communication skills
High academic achievement and a commitment to professional development
The ability to work across various sectors and manage complex matters confidently
A proactive and entrepreneurial outlook with a genuine interest in the Irish corporate landscape
A collaborative approach with strong interpersonal skills and the ability to develop client relationships
A willingness to mentor junior team members and contribute to a positive team culture
An interest in staying informed on legal developments in Irish company and corporate law
