☕ Senior Sales Executive – B2B Coffee Solutions | Dublin
We’re currently partnering with a growing speciality coffee solutions provider to recruit a Senior Sales Executive based in Dublin.
This is an exciting opportunity to join a dynamic B2B business supplying premium coffee beans, professional coffee equipment, and related consumables to offices, hospitality venues, and commercial clients across Ireland.
The Role
As a Senior Sales Executive, you will play a key role in driving new business growth while developing long-term partnerships with commercial customers. You will promote a full solution offering including coffee machine leasing, speciality coffee supply, and ongoing service packages.
Responsibilities
Identify and win new B2B customers across corporate, hospitality, and commercial sectors
Manage the full sales cycle from prospecting through to contract close
Present tailored coffee solutions including equipment leasing and coffee supply agreements
Build strong relationships with decision makers including office managers, procurement teams, and hospitality operators
Maintain and grow an active pipeline of opportunities
Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets
Work closely with operations and service teams to ensure excellent customer experience
Qualifications
Proven experience in B2B sales or account management
Strong track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
Experience selling equipment leasing, consumables, or service contracts is highly advantageous
Excellent relationship-building and negotiation skills
Self-motivated, driven, and comfortable working in a field-based sales environment
Full driving licence
