Job Description
A Quantity Surveyor position has arisen within our team due to growth in project pipeline. As a member of our dynamic team, you will be responsible for prepping tenders, estimates, contract administration and much more.
You will have the opportunity to conduct site meetings, analyze data and run reports on KPIs and financials. This is a challenging yet rewarding role that requires a keen eye for detail, commercial awareness and excellent communication skills.
Requirements
* Bachelor's degree in Quantity Surveying or related field
* A minimum of 4 years' post-graduation experience as a Quantity Surveyor
This role is ideal for a competent QS looking for increased responsibility and autonomy. Key skills include proficiency in Cost X, extracting quantities from drawings and budget management.
