We're Glint & Glow — a social-first marketing agency for home improvement and renovation brands. We help our clients grow through video-led social media, sharp creative, and simple systems.
We're looking for a part-time content creator who's great with a phone camera, confident on-site with clients, and able to turn raw clips into clean, engaging videos for social media.

What You'll Be Doing
Content Creation
* Visiting client locations to capture video content (projects, before/after, team clips, walkthroughs, etc.)
* Filming on a phone (iPhone/Android) using natural light and simple techniques
* Taking photos + short-form video clips for TikTok, Reels, Shorts
Editing & Creative
* Editing videos in CapCut (short-form, trending styles, text overlays, transitions)
* Creating simple graphics/templates in Canva
* Coming up with content ideas that fit the client's brand and goals
Social Media Management
* Managing monthly content calendars
* Writing short captions and choosing hashtags
* Scheduling posts across TikTok, Instagram & Facebook
* Uploading content to shared folders (Google Drive)
Coordination & Organisation
* Keeping content organised per client
* Communicating with clients professionally
* Making sure content deadlines are met
What We're Looking For
* Someone who loves creating video content
* Strong experience using CapCut
* Comfortable filming and directing clients during shoots
* Reliable, organised, and able to manage multiple content calendars
* Basic experience with Instagram/TikTok posting
* Great attention to detail
* Full driving licence is required
* Friendly, professional, confident with people
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: From €16.00 per hour
Expected hours: 12 – 20 per week
