The Paid Search team is seeking a skilled and passionate specialist to join our dynamic global team. In this hands-on role, you will collaborate with internal and external partners to manage and scale paid search programs.
Key Responsibilities
* Execute and optimize SEM campaigns across major platforms, including Search Ads 360, Google Ads, and Microsoft Ads.
* Monitor performance against key KPIs - Cost, ROAS, CVR, and revenue.
* Leverage analytical tools and performance metrics to guide decision-making and identify trends.
* Analyze performance using tools like Looker Studio, PowerBI, and Adobe Analytics.
* Collaborate with senior staff to create strategic recommendations and contribute to the overall digital marketing strategy.
Requirements
To succeed in this role, you should possess:
* Hands-on experience managing paid search campaigns across multiple platforms.
* Basic knowledge of performance marketing and optimization techniques.
* Strong quantitative and analytical skills with a solid understanding of key online marketing metrics.
* Ability to explain ideas and data clearly in writing and in meetings.
