Join Our Client's Team as a Senior Cloud Support SRE Engineer!

What You'll Do:
- Collaborate with engineers on mobile service deployments, tackling challenges related to scalability, reliability, performance, and efficiency.
- Administer, maintain, and automate systems to ensure optimal reliability, resiliency, scalability, and security.
- Monitor and debug issues across mobile services (applications, networks, databases), providing technical resolutions and conducting root cause analysis for high-severity incidents.
- Partner closely with Software R&D teams to design, deploy, and operate automated, resilient, and scalable components/services.
- Develop and deliver timely reports on service metrics, including availability, capacity, performance, and latency across production systems.
- Drive continuous improvement in System Engineering operations-automate routine tasks, document new procedures, and more. (On-call support may be required, averaging 1 week every 2 months or less.)
- Manage and grow a team of System Engineering experts, fostering an inclusive work environment that celebrates diverse backgrounds.
- Collaborate with the System Engineering Manager and recruiting staff to expand the team, including interviewing candidates and onboarding new employees.
What We Need:
- Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Telecommunications, or equivalent IT experience, with 3+ years as an Internet Distributed Systems Engineer or SRE managing a SaaS/PaaS environment (e.g., AWS-based applications).
- 3+ years of team leadership/coordination experience.
- Deep expertise in managing Linux-based environments.
- Familiarity with network technologies (e.g., TCP/IP, Ethernet, UDP, DHCP, DNS, ARP, WAN routing).
- Solid understanding of incident management, change management, and problem management.
- A systematic problem-solving approach, effective communication skills, and a proactive attitude.
