Are you an experienced retail leader ready to take charge of one of the largest stores in a well-established retail group? This is a fantastic opportunity for a highly driven Store Manager to oversee a high-profile location in Leitrim and lead a large team to success.
Responsibilities
* Lead, coach, and develop a large store team to achieve sales and service excellence
* Take full responsibility for store operations, including stock management, visual standards, and compliance
* Analyse sales reports and implement strategies to maximise revenue and profitability
* Deliver outstanding customer service and maintain high service standards across the team
* Recruit, train, and retain top talent, ensuring succession planning is in place
* Manage budgets, rotas, and operational costs effectively
* Foster a strong team culture, promoting motivation, accountability, and career development
Qualifications
* Minimum 5 years' experience in a senior retail management role
* Proven track record of managing large teams in a fast-paced retail environment
* Strong commercial acumen with the ability to drive sales and achieve KPIs
* Excellent leadership, communication, and people management skills
* Organised, adaptable, and able to perform under pressure
