Operations Management Role

We are seeking an experienced Operations Manager to lead on operational matters and assist in the development and maintenance of corporate relationships while advancing strategies and plans to maximise resources.

* The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the operational team, including agreeing work plans which deliver the key objectives of our strategic plan.
* Conduct regular performance reviews with your team, fostering a positive work environment and culture through enablement of our organisation's values.
* Operational delivery of our strategic plan is a critical aspect of this role.
* Responsibility for the operational implementation of various service level agreements is also required.

About the Role:

This Operations Manager position requires a results-driven individual who can optimise internal processes and procedures to drive efficient workflow.

Key Responsibilities and Tasks:

* Management of the operational team, including agreeing work plans which deliver the key objectives of our strategic plan
* Responsible for Operational delivery of our strategic plan
* Responsibility for the operational implementation of various service level agreements
* Optimising internal processes and procedures to drive efficient work flow
* Complete monthly and quarterly reports on all operational activities within your brief
* Manage all budgets and resources allocated in the most efficient and effective way possible
* Working with your team to aid the delivery of Government national policy and plans
* Effective communication with all stakeholders
* Collaborating with senior management to identify areas of innovation and development
* Developing, implementing and reviewing organisational policies and procedures

Essential Requirements:

* A minimum 2 years experience in a similar or relevant role
* A proven record of achievement at senior level in a position with a similar range of responsibilities
* A deep passion, connection and understanding of the work of the organisation
* Experience in people management and ability to foster a united team working culture
* Excellent networking and influencing skills and ability to develop relationships from initial contact to long-lasting partnerships
* Strong business acumen, strategic thinking and focus on operational excellence
* Ability to create and deliver compelling presentations on the organisation's work to a variety of audiences

Desirable Requirements:

* A Third Level Qualification in Community Development, Marketing, Business, or a related field
* Good working knowledge of MS Office and CRM systems (ideally Salesforce)
* Absolute passion and commitment to the organisation's values
