On behalf of our client, a well-established solicitors firm in Mullingar, we are currently recruiting for a detail-oriented and highly organized Legal Secretary to support their legal team by performing a variety of administrative and clerical tasks.
The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a solid understanding of legal terminology and procedures, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
* Prepare, format, and proofread legal documents including correspondence, contracts and pleadings.
* Providing secretarial support and assistance to solicitors.
* Manage calendars and schedule meetings, hearings, depositions, and court dates.
* Maintain and organize physical and electronic legal files and documentation.
* Digital dictation/ audio typing.
* Maintaining client files including photocopying, scanning, and filing (to include both paper and electronic files).
* Manage client queries and ensure excellent service.
* Handle confidential client information in compliance with regulations.
Qualifications:
* Education:Legal Secretary or administrative qualifications are a plus.
* Experience:Prior experience in a legal office preferred but not essential.
* Skills:Excellent communication, organisation, and proficiency in Microsoft Office 365.

Pay: €35,000.00 per year
