KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
Team leadership and development
Oversee office administration and ensure smooth daily operations
Conduct quality assurance on paperwork and KYC documentation
Ensure GDPR compliance for all back-office data handling
Work closely with Sales, Finance, Legal, Operations, and other internal departments
Analyse data to support departmental and business-wide decisions
Provide regular management reporting and insights
Problem solving and merchant support
GENERAL REQUIREMENTS:
Bachelor degree in Faculty of Economics, Business Administration, Organizational Sciences, Economics, Law or similar
5+ years of experience in team leading
Experience in a sales support, administrative or back-office role
Fluency in English, both verbal and written
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
Legal right to work in Ireland
