KEY RESPONSIBILITIES: Team leadership and developmentOversee office administration and ensure smooth daily operationsConduct quality assurance on paperwork and KYC documentationEnsure GDPR compliance for all back-office data handlingWork closely with Sales, Finance, Legal, Operations, and other internal departmentsAnalyse data to support departmental and business-wide decisionsProvide regular management reporting and insightsProblem solving and merchant supportGENERAL REQUIREMENTS: Bachelor degree in Faculty of Economics, Business Administration, Organizational Sciences, Economics, Law or similar5+ years of experience in team leadingExperience in a sales support, administrative or back-office roleFluency in English, both verbal and writtenProficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)Legal right to work in IrelandCOMPETENCIES: Solution-orientedExcellent communication skillsWell organised and skilled in multitaskingProactive attitudeStrategic thinking
