Job Title: Director of Facilities Maintenance and Excellence
About the Role
We are seeking a highly experienced and skilled Director to lead our facilities maintenance excellence program across all sites. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for planning and executing the program, ensuring its success through effective governance, performance management, and stakeholder engagement.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in facilities management, project management, and leadership, with experience in developing and implementing program governance structures, performance frameworks, and reporting methodologies. You will also have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to present complex information to senior management and stakeholders.
In this role, you will oversee the coordination among workstreams, identify and manage risks, issues, and dependencies, and develop and maintain robust program management methodologies. You will also establish and monitor key performance indicators, metrics, and reporting standards, and prepare comprehensive reports, dashboards, and presentations for senior management and executives.
To be successful in this position, you will need to have a bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as project management, business administration, or engineering, and at least ten years of experience in project or program management. You will also need to demonstrate expertise in developing and implementing program governance, performance frameworks, and reporting methodologies.

Requirements
