Client Partnerships Manager – Retail Projects

UK & Ireland | Hybrid / Field Based

An established and rapidly expanding retail projects business is seeking a
Client Partnerships Manager
to take ownership of several high-profile retail relationships and help shape the next phase of their growth.

This is not a desk-based account role. It's a commercially focused, relationship-driven position for someone who enjoys being close to clients, close to delivery, and trusted to "own the relationship" end to end.

The Opportunity

You'll act as the senior day-to-day contact for key retail partners, ensuring projects are delivered smoothly, expectations are managed, and opportunities are maximised. Working across internal teams, you'll help translate client ambitions into repeat work, long-term partnerships and consistent delivery performance.

The role offers genuine influence over how accounts are run, how clients are supported, and how the business continues to grow within the retail sector.

What You'll Spend Your Time Doing

* Building and strengthening relationships with senior retail stakeholders
* Acting as the link between clients and delivery teams
* Keeping a close eye on account performance and future pipelines
* Supporting proposals, presentations and long-term planning
* Spotting opportunities to expand scope, services or volumes
* Ensuring service levels remain high as accounts scale

About You

* You've worked in retail fitout, interiors, construction, bespoke kitchen design or a similar project-led environment
* You're comfortable managing complex client relationships in fast-moving settings
* You understand commercial drivers and how good delivery supports growth
* You communicate clearly, build trust quickly, and follow things through
* You're organised, proactive and calm under pressure
