About the Role
This is a key position in our facilities management team, responsible for coordinating facility tasks and work orders with clients, vendors, and contractors.
* Building Audits: Conduct daily cleaning checks, log on spreadsheet, and liaise with cleaning supervisor.
* Air Conditioning: Monitor aircon regularly, action aircon requests, and arrange callouts when needed.
* Stationary Management: Monitor stationary levels, re-stock Stationary rooms, maintain core stationary levels in WPS, and place monthly orders.
* Cleaning Requirements: Ad hoc cleaning requirements including cutlery, counters, spillages, etc.
* Furniture Check: Daily WPS Storeroom Check, Building Signage Review, Plant & Switch Room checks, Exterior Building Checks, i.e. Gen Cage, Bins, AHU containments.
* Vending Machines: Monitor vending machines for issues and arrange call outs when needed.
* Gym Equipment: Ensure gym equipment is up to standard and weekly audits complete.
* Ad Hoc Duties: Arrange bike shed access for partners, arrange gym access for partners, arrange lockers for and storage for partners, order and fill skip onsite with unused office materials/equipment when required.
