Product Coordinator Job Description
This role involves working with a team to ensure that customer orders are fulfilled efficiently and effectively. The successful candidate will be responsible for coordinating product requests, managing customer enquiries, and maintaining the open order report.
To achieve this, you will need to work closely with the Technical manager on product-related queries, liaise with internal sales reps, wholesalers, and regional directors to resolve any issues or concerns. Additionally, you will be required to manage inventory levels and maintain good housekeeping practices in the workplace.
Key Responsibilities:
* Capture all relevant information from customers during initial contact (via phone/email) and maintain these records accurately within our data base systems (SAP).
* Liaise closely across various departments e.g., Sales/Operations/Technical teams regarding stock related items.
In addition to these tasks, a highly effective Product Coordinator should also have excellent communication skills as they must provide guidance/directions clearly when needed by colleagues who rely upon them heavily.
