Customer Relationship Management Job Opportunity



Our organisation is looking for a highly skilled National Account Manager to join our team on a 12-month contract. This role is based in Dublin and offers the chance to contribute to the growth of a globally recognised FMCG brand.

We are seeking a proactive, commercially savvy individual with excellent relationship-building skills who can thrive in a fast-paced environment and work autonomously. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of Category Management and be able to develop strategic business plans that drive profitable growth.

The successful applicant will play a pivotal role in managing customer relationships, leading commercial negotiations, and driving in-store execution and brand visibility. They will also be responsible for managing customer P&L, overseeing customer investments and promotional spend, and monitoring performance against forecast.

A key requirement for this role is the ability to use data and insights to shape and evolve customer plans that grow market share. Strong project and budget management experience is also essential, as is the ability to communicate effectively with senior stakeholders.

Key responsibilities include building strong, sustainable relationships with key national customers, leading commercial negotiations, and developing strategic business plans. Other key tasks include driving in-store execution, managing customer P&L, and monitoring performance against forecast.

Requirements:

• 3+ years' experience in FMCG with a strong preference for roles in Customer Management and Customer Category Development

• Proven project and budget management experience

• Solid understanding of Category Management, including the use of shopper and retailer insights

• Strong commercial acumen with an eye for detail

• Excellent relationship-building skills

• Confident, persuasive communicator with the ability to influence senior stakeholders

• Self-starter with a proactive mindset and the ability to work autonomously
