Kitchen Porter Job Summary
As a Kitchen Porter, you will be responsible for maintaining a clean and organized kitchen environment by assisting the culinary team with standard cleaning practices.
* Maintain an adequate supply of clean dishes, glassware, cutlery, pots etc. to support all outlets in the hotel.
* Operate the dish washing machine to wash dishes, cutlery and glassware as needed.
* Clean the dish washing machine at regular intervals throughout your shift.
The ideal candidate will possess excellent attention to detail and strong organizational skills. They must also be physically fit due to manual handling requirements associated with this role.
