Sr. Tax Analyst (EMEA)
As we expand Starlink, our satellite broadband internet service across the EMEA region, Starlink Internet Services Pte. Ltd., a wholly-owned subsidiary of SpaceX, seeks a Sr. Tax Analyst to manage direct and indirect tax matters in the region. Responsibilities include tax compliance, driving tax initiatives and technology, and supporting tax audits.
Responsibilities
Data preparation and coordination with external service providers for tax returns.
Coordinate tax payments, monitor payment dates, and record payments.
Assist in preparing tax provisions for financial statements and reconcile tax accounts.
Manage tax invoicing and withholding tax matters.
Collaborate with transfer pricing teams on documentation and intercompany balances.
Research and resolve tax technical issues related to transactions and compliance.
Handle notices and audits from tax authorities.
Maintain tax records and documents.
Partner with cross-functional teams to ensure tax compliance.
Oversee outsourced tax compliance activities.
Implement systems or technologies for tax initiatives.
Support the business in tax-related assessments.
Basic Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in accounting or tax.
4+ years of tax experience in public accounting or a multinational corporation.
Preferred Skills and Experience
Experience at a Big 4 accounting firm.
Experience with multinational companies in EMEA.
Knowledge of tax compliance, transfer pricing, and tax controversy.
Experience with GST/VAT.
Data analytics skills.
Detail-oriented, organized, efficient.
Ability to multitask and collaborate or work independently.
Additional Requirements
Applicants must have the right to work in Ireland.
This is an onsite position based in Dublin; remote or hybrid work is not available.
