Job Overview
The Person In Charge (PIC) will oversee the management of nurse-led services in accordance with health service policies, healthcare standards, and regulatory requirements.
Main Responsibilities:
* Lead shifts and supervise service operations
* Provide evidence-based care to support service users in a person-centred approach
* Conduct needs assessments and contribute to individualised care planning
Key Requirements:
* Nursing degree at Level 7 and valid NMBI registration
* A minimum of three years' experience in management or supervisory roles
* A full driving licence and access to a vehicle
